What data do we collect and why: we only collect the data that you share with us when you open a new account or place an order without opening an account. Such data include:

- First and last name
- Telephone numbr
- E-mail address
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- Order extra comments

Such data are collected upon your consent for the purpose of processing your orders ONLY; such data shall NOT be shared with any third party at all. Setting up your email and resetting your passwords will be shared through our system; and shall be in our email system of Woocommerce for as long as you are still a customer and as long as you do not request to delete your account; however, each six months, we shall clear out all customers details that have not been active.

Do we share your data with any entity at all? If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Retaing your information: For users that register on our website and app for the purpose of processing their orders that are purchased from our online/app shop, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Users are also able to see the history of their orders.

Deleting your data upon request: If you want to remove your account completely, please contact our admin at alahwaltaher@gmail.com or  taher@medima-pharma.com either by using your email or through the form in our contact at https://medima-pharma.com/contact/

Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. What rights you have over your data: If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent: Your Your personal information and orders are saved in our woocommerce database (WordPress); and upon your request of deletion they can be deleted within 1-3 working days maximum.
